GAC STATUS: ONLINE (it's there but with issues)
Uploading is now working again!
NOTE - Brand new members: your accounts may not start for 24hrs until the bandwidth limits are renewed for the day. Check your 'User_CP' above the site's banner. Renewal time remaining should start being listed when your account is fully registered. This is an ongoing software problem we are looking into. Our apologies.
Anyone thinking of making a subscription or donation - PLEASE hold off until we are back to normal. We will make an announcement when the time is right. ANYONE ALREADY SET-UP for a SUBSCRIPTION - please confirm it's no longer being taken by GAC. If it is please put it on hold or cancel it and LET ME, YOC, KNOW ABOUT IT.

Welcome to GAC. Sorry for all the disruptions of the last few months. If you should one day find the site and this message board offline do yourself a favour and bookmark the back-up forum link below. As insurance for possible downtimes we've installed the back-up forum where you can continue your conversations and get status updates -
We've finished our move from the old server to the new. The site can NO LONGER provide unlimited bandwidth for everyone.

Some of you might be getting the following error when trying to download:
"Sorry but you do not have permission to view this page, etc.." This is showing because you have not yet registered with GAC to become a member. Due to server changes we can no longer allow unlimited downloads to the unregistered general public. Registered members are allowed 20 downloads/200mb a day. Registration is free. -----------
DOWNLOADS:"I can't download from GAC. What is a 'session ID' error?" If you keep getting this error:
Error: Your session ID does not match the session ID for this download link. If you are following this link from our site, please report it to the admin.. If you believe this to be in error, please quote the above error and report this to the admin
Answer - This is a 'time-out' error. I get this myself all the time.
It seems if you REFRESH the page (press F5) and then
QUICKLY try the download link again it usually will work. You might have to repeat it a few times though.

YOU CAN STILL ADD SCANS DIRECTLY TO THE SITE WITHOUT NEEDING TO ACTIVATE THEM via the UPLOAD FILES link! Note - Please be sure you are listed as logged in before starting. You should be able to choose the proper publisher folder as usual and PLEASE be sure to use the same file name scheme as other books already on the site with the same title.
